Luigi, my dear cousin, I’m so sad  you left us so soon. I’m sad that I won’t be able to pick up the phone and call you anymore. 
I’ll miss our thought-provoking conversations, mostly philosophical or something to do with mindfulness practice and Gratitude.
Anyone who was fortunate enough to know you, would know the many challenges and struggles you’d faced throughout your life. You overcame so much and eventually those challenges steered you down a spiritual path, always expressing gratitude and sending love out into the universe.
Your loving mum stood by you, trying her best to support and guide you through the toughest of times. When she needed you, you lovingly cared for her until the day she passed away. 
I know you missed her terribly. Fortunately it wasn’t too long before you met the lovely Francesca. 
How wonderful that you found each other and fell in love. Although your time together was short, it was a blessing. 
We were so happy for you! 
Your energy shone so bright like a star in the night sky and it will continue to shine in people’s lives you touched. 
Now, it’s my turn to send love out to you, wherever you are in the universe. 
You were very much loved, I hope you know that. 
Rest in peace now, with your mum. 
Keep smiling Luigi and we will smile when we think of you.
